200 ml Water
1) Teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar or lemon juice

Preparation:
Add the 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaf in 200 ml of boiling water and cook over low heat for about 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool. When it has cooled, strain and add 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar or lemon juice. Pour into a glass jar. Keep the mixture in the fridge.
